The HOME Issue • While redoing the living room of her famously crimson-themed New York abode, Harper’s Bazaar fashion editor DIANA VREELAND, always a lover of florals and the color red, gave interior designer Billy Baldwin one directive: “I want my apartment to LOOK like a GARDEN,” she told him. “A GARDEN in HELL.” To Vreeland, that was home.
